very calmly. I am deeply grateful that the company took it upon itself to collect all the necessary documents. The funeral was organized excellently; everything was in accordance with our wishes and needs. The staff were polite but almost "invisible," which is very valuable. The attendants were masters of their craft—such attention to every detail. The communication with Veronika was very pleasant and supportive. It was exactly what was needed at that moment.
